The Company maintains the right to decline or reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Each individual may holdonly one (1) registered account on the PTogel Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and balance forfeiture.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, PTTogel is required to verify the identity of the account holder. The KYC verification process requires submission of the following documents:
All KYC documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with the PTogel Privacy Policy. The Company targets a KYC verification turnaround of 1–3 business days upon receipt of complete documentation.
PTogel accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/TC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 across all supported methods.
All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed network settlement. PTogel does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the depositing player.

PTTogel employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and other fraudulent activity. Any account found to be exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play may have bonuses and associated winings voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

The "PTogel" brand name, domain name, and associated marks are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTTogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
PTTogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole and reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all funds in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in account termination for cause, PTogel reserves the right to withold balances that are directly associated with the prohibited conduct.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PTTogel's customer support team via live chat. Players exercising voluntary self-exclusion under the responsible gambling programme will have their accounts closed immediately with a cooling-off period applied as requested (minimum 6 months for self-exclusion). Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered withdrawal method following standard KYC verification.

PTogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address registered to their account, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure as set out in Section 11.2.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which PTogel holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between a player and PTTogel, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via PTogel's customer support channel.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of the complaint being formally lodged, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by PTogel's licensing authority. PTogel will cooperate fully with any such process and provide all relevant records upon request.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent PTTogel from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through appropriate courts in circumstances involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, or regulatory non-compliance.
